She completed her final year of training at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Ko\u0161ice, Slovakia.<\/p>

She began her professional career in the Greater Porto region and has practised in various parts of the country, including her native Azores.<\/p>

She is now back in the Greater Porto region with the Onevet group as Clinical Director of the Carvalha Veterinary Clinic.<\/p>

Her areas of special interest include dermatology, internal medicine and surgery.<\/p>

She has a great love for all animals, especially those that have lived for many years.
