About Us
The Monte dos Burgos Veterinary Hotel is a space for pets, combining high-quality veterinary services with a hotel service for dogs and cats. At the heart of this project was a strong concern for comfort, animal welfare and environmental quality, with large wooded outdoor spaces developed for the animals staying there.

Located in the centre of Porto, our pet hotel is part of the Onevet Veterinary Clinic in Montes Burgos, ensuring veterinary supervision during your stay. We have separate areas for dogs and cats, ensuring comfort, tranquillity and well-being for each guest. The Dog Hotel has individual kennels, protected indoor and outdoor areas and outdoor play areas. The Hotel Felino is located in a separate, air-conditioned building, with bright kennels adapted to the natural behaviour of cats. All animals benefit from personalised care, with special attention given to those with special needs.
Operation
Animals admitted to the Veterinary Hotel must have all their routine vaccinations up to date, including the kennel cough vaccine for dogs. If your dog or cat is not fully vaccinated, you can rectify this situation with your regular vet or here at the clinic. Upon admission to the Veterinary Hotel, your pet will need to be dewormed internally and externally by a Hotel employee. For this purpose, you may bring the deworming medication you usually use from home or, if you prefer, you can obtain it here at the clinic.PET HOTEL OPENING HOURS
Check-in times for your pet:
Monday to Friday: 2:30pm to 7:30pm.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 6pm to 7:45pm.
If necessary, we can accept your pet in the morning. However, please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Check-out times for your pet:
Monday to Friday: 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
If necessary, it is possible to collect your pet in the afternoon. However, to do so, please contact us.
