The clinic currently operates two consultation rooms and is supported by a team of 4 veterinarians, 2 veterinary assistants, 2 veterinary nurses, and 1 receptionist, ensuring a balanced and efficient operating structure.
Its clinical offering includes appointment-based consultations, general surgery, and access to several specialties, namely cardiology, orthopedics, and ophthalmology, while also ensuring 24-hour emergency care.
The clinic maintains relevant partnerships with local entities, reinforcing its role in proximity-based care and social responsibility. Internal operations are supported by a well-defined organizational structure, with regular hours, autonomous team management, and periodic meetings that promote alignment, communication, and continuous improvement.
