Nuno Lomba

Clinical Director / Veterinary Doctor

Nuno Lomba has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, which he completed in 2005.
He did his practical internship at the Complutense University of Madrid and also at a Veterinary Hospital in the Greater Porto region.
He began his professional career in 2005, where he worked in a Veterinary Hospital in Greater Porto. He specialised in Clinical Medicine and Surgery of companion animals. He then joined the clinical staff of Onevet Gondomar Veterinary Clinic in 2011. Nuno’s areas of interest are surgery and internal medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and outdoor activities.

Ana Sofia Coutinho

Veterinary Doctor

Ana Sofia Coutinho has had her position at Onevet Valongo Veterinary Clinic since April 2019. She completed her master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences in January 2009.
Her main interests include general surgery, feline medicine and dermatology. In addition to the various courses and training she has undertaken, she recently completed a postgraduate course in Companion Animal Surgery at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
She has many interests outside of her work which includes yoga, trekking, travelling, cinema, literature and cooking. She also has three pets who she adores: her two cats Romeo and Simon are and her dog Berto.

Ana Silva

Veterinary Doctor

Ana Silva graduated in veterinary medicine in 2021, from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar, University of Porto.
During her academic career she did some internships in the area of conservation medicine and in apiculture. Now begins her professional career with OneVet, where she ventures into another of the diverse areas of veterinary medicine. Working with several clinical teams allows her to experience different ways of working, and to enrich her knowledge as a pet veterinarian.

Cláudia Abreu

Veterinary Nurse

Cláudia Abreu has a degree in Veterinary Nursing from the Viseu School of Agriculture, which she finished in 2010.

She did her curricular internship at Onevet Baixo Vouga Veterinary Hospital and has always worked in the companion animal field in various clinics and hospitals. She has been a member of the Onevet team since 2013. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and doing puzzles.

Patrícia Faria

Veterinary Nurse

Patrícia Faria has a degree in Veterinary Technology/Veterinary Nursing from the Bragança School of Agriculture, which she finished in 2008.
She completed her curricular internship in Spain – Verin (De la Fuente Veterinary Clinic), and after this, worked at the Lousã Veterinary Clinic in 2009. She then went on to complete her professional internship in 2010 at Onevet Ermesinde Veterinary Clinic.
She then worked from 2010 until 2015, after which she started working at Onevet Gondomar Veterinary Clinic. Her main areas of interest are imaging and soft tissue surgery. In her spare time, she loves playing futsal and going swimming.

Cristina Resende

Veterinary Assistant

Cristina Resende has worked at Onevet Gondomar Veterinary Clinic since November 1999, where she currently has multiple roles including; receptionist, veterinary and admission assistant, assisting in surgical and anaesthetic procedures, managing teams, schedules and stocks.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cycling and extreme sports such as canyoning, climbing, abseiling and slide.

 

Liliana Ferreira

Veterinary Assistant

Liliana Ferreira joined the Onevet Gondomar Veterinary Clinic team in 2000, where she works as a veterinary assistant who provides surgical and anaesthetic support, behind the reception and with consulting.

In her spare time, she loves going for walks outdoors and going to the cinema.

 

Marlene Moreira

Veterinary Nurse

Degree in Veterinary Nursing from Instituto Politécnico de Viseu - Escola Superior Agrária, in 2012. Did internships at the veterinary clinic Réguavet and Onevet Veterinary Hospital Trás-os-Montes.
Professional internship at Onevet Trás-os-Montes Veterinay Hospital becoming part of the team until 2017.
Royal Veterinary Nurse since 2018.
Joins the Onevet Group team in 2022 in the clinics of Gondomar, Rio Tinto, Ermesinde and Valongo.
Her main areas of interest are General Hospitalization, Emergency and Intensive Care.
