Raquel Tomé
Veterinary Doctor Director
Raquel Tomé completed her Integrated Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2011, studying at the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences - University of Porto.
She then did internships at Onevet Baixo Vouga Veterinary Hospital and Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic.
She has a postgraduate degree in Internal Medicine of Companion Animals from the Lusophone University of Lisbon in 2013.
She officially began her professional career at the Baixo Vouga Veterinary Hospital.
She joined the team at Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic in November 2015. She has been the director of the Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic since February 2018.
When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys travelling, listening to music and handicrafts. The best moments are those spent with family, friends and her dog: Lopes da Silva.
Her main areas of interest are companion animal internal medicine, cardiology, imaging and dermatology.
Ana Ribeiro
Veterinary Doctor
Ana Ribeiro has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from UTAD in 2005. She then did an internship at the Veterinary Clinic Bracara Augusta in 2005 and the Animal Medical Centre (Manchester), focusing on the companion animal area, in 2006.
She then did a course on basic soft tissue surgery, lead by Professor Félix Garcia, in 2007, and did a module on Feline Medicine at Lusophone University of Lisbon in 2009.
She has a Postgraduate degree in Feline Medicine from Improve, which she finished in 2016.
Her areas of interest are internal medicine of companion animals, especially in felines.
In her free time, she loves going to the beach, reading, exercising and above all, spending time with her family and friends.
Andrea Sousa
Veterinary Doctor
Andrea Sousa has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from UTAD in 2001. She then did internships at Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic and Onevet Porto Veterinary Hospital,focusing on the clinical and surgical areas of companion animals, which she finished in 2001. She’s done several courses in general and orthopaedic surgery (by the Alfonso Chico Surgical Centre – Coruña – in 2004; by the University of Lugo in 2007 and by the Lusophone University of Lisbon in 2009).
Currently, she practices medicine and surgery of companion animals at Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic and is in charge of the surgery service.
Her areas of interest are in orthopaedics and general surgery in pets.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for walks and getting to know new places; she loves handicrafts (DIY, creative sewing) and activities to do with nature (gardening, agriculture).
Ana Margarida Oliveira
Veterinary Doctor
Ana Margarida Oliveira did an Integrated Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, in 2019.She then did an internship at Onevet Baixo Vouga Veterinary Hospital. She also participated in the Intensive Ultrasound Course at Improve in 2021.
Her areas of interest are internal medicine of companion animals and ultrasound. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, listening to music, spending time with her family and doing handicrafts.

Veterinary assistant since 2013 and trained in canine and feline aesthetics since 2018.
Bruna Costa
Veterinary Assistant
Bruna Costa graduated in Veterinary Assistant in 2020 at Centro de Formação Talento, she worked as an intern at PetOutlet in Aveiro.She joined the Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic team in August 2021, where she is currently a receptionist. Interest in customer service and Grooming. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and her pets, taking photographs and using social networks.
João Cruz
Veterinary Assistant
João Cruz attended a Veterinary Assistant Course at School House Águeda in 2017. She did an internship at Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic in 2017, where he carried out veterinary, admission assistant, surgery and Pet Hotel and Pet Shop roles.He then joined the Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic team, where he is currently working as a veterinary assistant and is responsible for the Pet Hotel and Pet Shop. In his spare time, he enjoys sporting activities such as bodyboarding and kitesurfing. He is extremely passionate about the art of bonsai and devotes much of his time to growing his own. He also loves to spend his time interacting with his cats, dogs and looking after his exotic pets.
Clara Henriques
Veterinary Assistant
Clara Henriques finished 12th grade at the José Estevão Secondary School in 1990. She then completed an Accounting Course at EGOR - Aveiro in 1992.She has always worked in the areas of business management and accounting.
Clara is currently in charge of the accounting and secretarial services at the Onevet Aveiro Veterinary Clinic. In her spare time, she likes to read a book by the river in the shade of a tree with her pets.
